After checking the internet and getting a quote from Mr. Karim, We went to the dealership with the intention of buying. We test drove two Highlanders, one with and one without the Navagation system. What a pleasant visit right from the beginning. Dealing with Z and Mitch was guite a joy. They are both very patient and honest and fair. We worked out a fair price for a Highlander with Nav. and then I asked them for a value on my trade-in. They came back with a very fair price. I knew what my car was worth. I do a lot of research before going to dealers. We settled on a price and went from there. Mitch is so knowledgeable about everything on this car and so patient to go over everything with us. Both of these gentlemen told us to call if we have any questions or we if need help with anything. This has been a truely great experience in car buying and I would recommend both of these men and this dealership to anyone looking for honesty and fairness in buying a new (or used) car. More
