Absolutely unacceptable experience from start to finish. Zero follow up, complete lack of professionalism, and a front desk employee who was rude, uninformed, and unable to provide even basic, accurate info Zero follow up, complete lack of professionalism, and a front desk employee who was rude, uninformed, and unable to provide even basic, accurate information about my vehicle's status. Communication was nonexistent. Management didn't improve things - instead, they added passive-aggressive attitudes on top of already terrible service. This place is disorganized, poorly led, and clearly lacks accountability. I've been using Ford service departments since purchasing my vehicle in 2012, across multiple states, and this is - by far - the worst Ford service group I have ever dealt with. 0 stars across the board! I will never return and would strongly caution others to take their business elsewhere. This operation needs entirely new leadership. More
