It’s intimidating sometimes taking your vehicle to get serviced. I’ve been a loyal customer to Toyota of tampa bay for about a year now because of Derick Howard (service advisor). Not only do I feel like I can trust him but every experience he has demonstrated honesty and integrity. He’s done everything in his power to help me in any way he can. Derrick is simply THE BEST! !!! We were faced with a crazy situation and although he was off that day, he still made sure he got someone to take care of me. Derrick always makes !!! We were faced with a crazy situation and although he was off that day, he still made sure he got someone to take care of me. Derrick always makes me feel like family. Now let's talk about AUSTIN...... What a gem, despite if the situation he made me laugh. I was having a bad day and after talking to Austin he turned everything around. I called Toyota before I came up there to make sure my tire services were covered and the woman who made my appointment said it was definitely covered. Then when I get there, I make sure with the guy who’ tire services were covered and the woman who made my appointment said it was definitely covered. Then when I get there, I make sure with the guy who’s helping me as well, and tell him I have the insurance and want to make sure it’s covered. Derrick, the guy who helped me tells me yeah we’re just waiting for the approval to come back but we’re gonna get started, and never tells me how much it’s gonna cost if they don’t approve it or why they wouldn’t approve it. Poor communication skills More
