I had a great experience. I just walked in- no appointment or anything, and the mechanical service was supposed to take something like 6 hours- but, they got my car in right I just walked in- no appointment or anything, and the mechanical service was supposed to take something like 6 hours- but, they got my car in right away and did all the work in about 2 hours!
