First time visiting this dealership and did not have a very good experience. Purchased a pre-owned vehicle which was not listed at the correct price online, was actually higher by several thousand dollars very good experience. Once the transaction was completed, the salesperson went silent, no response to my requests. The CarFax for the vehicle showed minor damage repair, the salesperson assured me they would not certify a vehicle that had been in an accident and minor repair is just cosmetic damage. After dealing with them, now worried that they may have sold me a vehicle that was in an accident and may turn out to be a lemon. The financing manager was not very friendly, he seemed annoyed. Maybe they only cater to certain customer and I did not fit that profile. More
