The nice gentleman in parts then reached out to service for me and I was able to get my car in service an department and they had the tires in stock! The visits was quick, efficient. But there was absolutely no communication between myself and the staff.i brought my vehicle in for an appointment for my first free oil change. I had scheduled it because my monthly health report from Hyundai stated 'bases on my driving habits, oil should be changed at 3750 miles'. Which makes sense to me. In an effort to take the best care of my vehicle that I can, I wanted to get it done, as I was at about 4325 when I finally got it to the service. The service advisor scoffed at the early oil change and with attitude, said it wasn't due until 7500. The way he told this to me was very off putting, and had it not been a free oil change, I would never return. More

Jeff gave the impression that I was a bother to him anytime I called about the status of my car. When I asked questions he was hesitant to answer and didn’t give me any reassurance that my car issues w anytime I called about the status of my car.
