I recently had the misfortune of purchasing a Toyota Prius from Bob Johnson Toyota, and I must say, it was a thoroughly disappointing experience from start to finish. Firstly, the wait time for the car was absolutely ridiculous. The saga began when I placed an order for a Toyota Prius in August 2023. Months passed without any updates on the status of my order. Despite my inquiries, the dealership seemed unable to provide any information on the whereabouts of my car. It's baffling that a reputable dealership like Bob Johnson Toyota couldn't even track the status of an order placed with Toyota. After enduring months of waiting in limbo, I was finally approached and asked if I would be willing to settle for another Prius if one became available. At this point, I was growing increasingly frustrated with the lack of communication and transparency from the dealership. Upon delivery of the car, my frustration only intensified when I discovered that I was given only one key fob. When I questioned the dealership about the second key, I was informed that I would have to wait an additional six months or longer to receive it. This level of inconvenience and disregard for customer satisfaction is simply unacceptable, especially considering the full market value I paid for the vehicle. Overall, my experience with Bob Johnson Toyota has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. In conclusion, my experience with Bob Johnson Toyota was marred by poor communication, a lack of transparency, and a general disregard for customer satisfaction. I will certainly never consider buying from this dealership again, nor will I ever trust Toyota after this ordeal. I cannot in good faith recommend them to others. More

I have bought 2 RAV4s and now a Prius at Bob Johnson's Henrietta location. Each time has been a relaxing and efficient experience. Joe Roides has helped us each time (not sure about the first one.... 20 Henrietta location. Each time has been a relaxing and efficient experience. Joe Roides has helped us each time (not sure about the first one.... 2010?). As I remember, we bought each the first day we visited the showroom. Loved the RAV4s. The first one gave us 270 miles.
