My vehicle was in yesterday for annual inspection which was accomplished quickly and professionally. When I got home, I noticed on the paper work, was mentioned a courtesy top off of fluids, air pressur was accomplished quickly and professionally. The vehicle was certainly not washed, and since that was not accomplished, I have doubts the other items were completed as well. I understand it would have been complimentary, however, if the service is not done, it really should not be stated as so. More

The sale of the "new to me car" went great. Now we have follow-up... I have called and left 2 messages regarding my registration and I have not heard back from Bob Johnson.
