It was poor I came in with a damage tire. I preferred to have not just one tire replaced, but all 4 tires. A warranty is a warranty. I was planning on purchasing I came in with a damage tire. I was planning on purchasing a Dodge Durango 392 in the near future, but the way you all treat your customers I will be looking elsewhere. Thanks for your true colors. I now know how you all treat your customers. I want to go to a place where I’m treated like a customer and family. More

No one at this dealership seems to know what is going on. You had my car for 4 days....The recall work was done in two days. Was scheduled for a 4 hour repair. Then someone put the Jeep in 4 wheel drive...i You had my car for 4 days....The recall work was done in two days. Was scheduled for a 4 hour repair. Then someone put the Jeep in 4 wheel drive...i know better than to switch Jeep into 4 wheel...it gets stuck. The Jeep was stuck between 2-4 wheel drive. I had to leave the Jeep two more days. I was on the phone 2-1/2 hours trying to get thru to service to see what was up with the Jeep. I finally had my Jeep towed to Rev Pro in Lynwood, Il where The work and workers are phenomenal. More

Recalls I took my Wrangler in for service due to three recalls. I had called a different dealership only to have no one answer the phone and to date, have not I took my Wrangler in for service due to three recalls. I had called a different dealership only to have no one answer the phone and to date, have not returned my call after I left a voicemail. I called Thomas Dodge and someone was able to answer schedule an appointment with me at that time. I asked for a shuttle to take me to and from work, however, I was given a rental. One of the items that needed to be replaced had to be ordered and delivered overnight, so I had to keep the rental an additional day and my vehicle stayed overnight. I had no issues with dropping it off or picking it up or with the rental car that was provided to me. I don't remember the name of the gentleman that helped me, however, if I could I would name him personally for helping me out those two days. More
