I am a little slow decision maker so I came at least 5 times in one week to try cars ( they had to be seriously patient with me ) , ask questions etc ... not even once I felt I was bothering them ... Salesman or sales policy... I saw the Lexus online and called to make inquiries. Scott answered my call and told me someone was looking at the car and if it wasn't purchased, he I saw the Lexus online and called to make inquiries. Scott answered my call and told me someone was looking at the car and if it wasn't purchased, he would call me. Not hearing anything, I called the next day and found out the car was available. Pictures looked good, but I asked Scott at the time if it was in good shape. He said it was. Lie number 2. Sales contract was started and I was assured they had good financing. Was called by Jesse to go over terms... Gave me payment amounts but wasn't telling me APR. When questioned, he gave me rate and actually told me that banks aren't looking at credit scores anymore, but the car is 3 years old and stuff. I told him to forget it, I wasn't paying that much for interest. He sounded surprised I was canceling the transaction just because of interest rates. He called back 5 minutes later with a 3 point difference in rate. I ended up financing through my own CU. Called and spoke with Moe, and that is when I learned that there was blemishes in the paint,where something had dissolved the finish in spots. Later when I asked. Scott about this, he said he thought they would wipe off. I purchased this vehicle knowing it was scarred a little because the price was right. Everyone I talked to, other than Scott, seemed very helpful. I felt like Scott would tell me anything and that he never listened to what I was saying. I think this is a reputable company. I would avoid Scott. More
