Instead of driving confidently after the maintenance service now I worry about the belt might snap anytime on the road. Need better quality control & coordination at your repair bays or is this deliberate act? The oil jug is too big to miss by the repair technician, I don't want him to lose his job but I'm dealing with a serious issue now. More

Jimmy Phan treated me and my family with the upmost respect possible. He is patient and able to answer all my questions. During my first visit, Jimmy helped me learn more about the Rav4 Prime vs Camry respect possible. He is patient and able to answer all my questions. During my first visit, Jimmy helped me learn more about the Rav4 Prime vs Camry Hybrid. He also introduced us to the lease rebate. I was nervous at first to choose the prime because I never used a plug in vehicle before. He respected my decisions and provided me with my options. On the day of picking up the car, he took his time to explain most of the key features of the car. He always welcome us to Longo Toyota with a smile. He is very approachable and motivated to give me and my family a great experience car shopping. I would also like to point out Jimmy is great at communicating, whether it is by phone or text, he answers in a timely manner.
