Went for an oil change in December, which took 2 hours. Then in January (1 month later) I got a notification I needed to change my oil because Audi forgot to recalibrate the oil sensor. I called and tried to schedule a follow up visit which was extremely challenging and kept getting sent to voicemail on several attempts to connect to the service department. After spending thousands dollar to replace a falt tire with wheel alignment, the vehcile was running fine before sent to the service but multiple lights come on and having more issues 2 weeks later.
