Management rude and refuses to help customer.
won't deal with customer. Went to another GMC dealer offered to help and buy out lease because GMC can't get part. Spur friendly and kind.

Rude and no help. Went to another GMC dealer great GREAT HELP. Went out of their way to help. Will never ever buy a car from Bob Johnson again.
