Much faster this time than last year. You were able to accommodate transmission fluid change in addition to scheduled “The Works” service. You were not able to accommodate updating my sync 3. In addition, I asked about using my 47000 ford pass rewards when I arrived - 1st counter person said sure. But some one else settled the bill with me when service was completed,and I forgot to bring it up, and I guess no note was added to my service estimate - disappointing. I had also requested to see the old cabin filter when I arrived for service - but I forgot to ask to see it with the 2nd counter person - note should have been made when I spoke with the 1st counter guy More

Maybe it was just an off day because I haven’t had this experience in the past. But it should not take 7 hours to do an oil change tire rotation, and a few other small routine things. I was told it would o experience in the past. But it should not take 7 hours to do an oil change tire rotation, and a few other small routine things. I was told it would only take 3 hours. Also, I don’t even think they looked at the air filter in my car when I specifically told them I lived in the country and it most likely needed to be changed. It was caked full of debris. The first time I came here for service I had a pretty good experience, this time not so much. More

Was told when we bought the car we would get free lifetime oil changes. Wasn’t told it was only 2 times a year. Would’ve been nice to know upfront.
