I had a great truck-buying experience. I'm still surprised at how stress-free it was during the back-and-forth communication over the phone, e-mails, and texting. I was ready for a fight and dreaded negotiating with dealers, but they were pretty upfront about everything and answered my questions well. They didn't pressure me to come in and I didn't enter the dealer until I had everything answered and ready to sign. My family and I drove off the lot within an hour of arriving since we did most of the talking and document preparation beforehand. They certainly earned my business (my hard-earned money, heh), and I will highly recommend them.
