I had a recall and they were able to come to my location at work and compete the recall. (That was amazing and very customer friendly) They were prompt and made the process almost to easy. My daughter had a flat tire, I told her to drive to the dealership. The Advisor greeted her, the technicians addressed all of her needs. Recall work was good, however when they did a multipoint inspection on the car.. now I am hearing a lot of noise coming from the rear almost like suspension... and vehicle was NOT making that sound at all b inspection on the car.. now I am hearing a lot of noise coming from the rear almost like suspension... and vehicle was NOT making that sound at all before hand. I know the dealership will state to me it's wear and tear... however again this issue was not there at all before I gave them my vehicle. More

Kyle and the Ford service department are awesome. We’re from out of state and the truck broke down on our way to a granddaughter’s wedding.
