Purchased a Kia Soul from Leith Kia today and could not be happier with the whole process. I spoke with Michael Draper by phone this morning and told him my situation, what I was looking for and where I wanted my payments to be. He did some figuring and called me back and said he could make it happen. I went to the dealership at noon and took a test drive with Nermin Soliman. She could not have been any nicer! She was super friendly and knowledgeable. She was by far the nicest sales person I have ever encountered. Jaray Sampson was my finance manager. He did every single thing that Michael had promised me earlier. At no time did anyone try to upsell or try to change the numbers around. I would recommend all of my family and friends to Leith Auto Park Kia without hesitation. They made the car buying process easy. Thank you, Michael, Nermin and Jaray!

I left an angry review on 7/17/23 in reference to Battleground not giving back my deposit; in the review I said some exaggerated statements about Patrick Lattimore. First I would like to openly apologize to Patrick. In all essence Patrick was a stand up guy, who displayed nothing but courtesy to my daughter and to me in the mist of my anger. Patrick is a great gentleman to do business with. I apologize for associating his character with the situation I was dealing with.

Be careful of the BAIT and SWITCH! Be very careful with the service AND parts department. Was quoted 1 set of tires but they put a different set of tires on. Since they were put on, they could not be considered new so they would not take them back. The only description that the quote gives is the description of what a tire is. Service writer was told on 3/15/2024 and 3/28/2024 which tire I wanted, which were OEM. She even confirmed by walking out and looking at the tire and calling parts department to confirm it was the same tires. Be careful of the BAIT and SWITCH!

Matthew informed us of any recalls pending on the car and worked with us to set up a time to complete the recalls. Matthew also provided the technician to provide any additional details. We had a great experience with Matthew and the service team. I am looking at possibly buying a new Kia Telluride based on my experience with the Keffer Kia team!

I took my car to Dutch Miller Kia Collision Center at - davidrabreu

I took my car to Dutch Miller Kia Collision Center at 7725 South Boulevard Charlotte NC for bodywork repairs on December 14, 2023. On the list of auto parts on my bill there was a radiator core support twice and added to the grand total twice. My car only takes one but they added a phantom part to the bill. Mr Jon Eaves, the body shop manager, said it was listed twice because they broke one but it was not added to the grand total. I did the math several times and the radiator core support was added to the grand total twice $843.75 + tax = $904.93. Mr Eaves refused to give me a refund for the part I did not receive. no resolution thus far. After I filed a complaint with the BBB Charlotte, the company comptroller sent me an email indicating they have mailed out a reimbursement check. I have not received anything as of yet. I request a full reimbursement of $904.93. I do not recommend this auto body shop to anyone. It is clear to me this dealership snatched over $900 out of my credit card in bogus charges and when I complained to them about the charges they yelled at me and slammed the phone on me and wanted to make me feel I was the bad guy. Thanks.

I had a great experience with the Kia team Jon Falls has went out of his way to ensure our satisfaction. He even came to my wife's work since they do not have a shuttle service and picked up our vehicle for a detail and oil change. I absolutely love my 2022 Kia Sorento plug in hybrid. We average 100 miles per gallon with a third row seating. We love the fact the car drives itself. Thanks Kia for selling me the best car I ever had.

20 year warrenty worthless - Unhappy

We bought this kia at Pinehurst kia because of warrenty 200, 000 mi 20 yr joke, we serviced our car, and they denied our warrenty, at 60 k mi fine print loophole, they are not honest they are liers, fraud by deception , look hard advertised long warrenty is not worth squat ! If u dont lube door hinges by them your engine warrenty is void!! Its real o yes!!

Brought my Optima in for repair ( needs heater core) the week before Memorial Day; it was there over a week and they never got to it since they only have 1 mechanic who can do the work. I was told they would call me to get it in ..............still waiting today's date 7/19/16. SO WHERE DO I GO TO HAVE MY KIA FIXED??
