Subject: Unsatisfactory Service Experience with My 2021 GMC Acadia Dear EMPIRE BUICK GMC OF WHITE PLAINS, I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for over 10 years, but for the first time, I GMC Acadia Dear EMPIRE BUICK GMC OF WHITE PLAINS, I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for over 10 years, but for the first time, I am not satisfied with the service provided for my 2021 GMC Acadia. I recently visited the dealership to perform regular maintenance on my vehicle and address a major concern. Two days prior, my Acadia displayed a "Service Power Steering" message and lost steering wheel power. Additionally, after turning off the engine, the cooling fan continued running as if the car was overheating. I met with Advisor Alejandro, who was very professional and polite. After a GMC Service Technician checked the vehicle, I was informed that, since the code was not displaying at the moment, there was nothing they could do. I was advised to wait for the message to appear again and bring the car back to the dealership immediately. During my discussion with Alejandro, he mentioned that this issue is related to the vehicle's thermostat, which is known to affect the 2017 to 2023 Acadia models. He informed me that both GMC and the dealership are aware of this problem. It is unacceptable that the dealership is aware of this known issue but will not address it until the vehicle breaks down or the warranty expires. This not only puts me at risk of an unexpected breakdown but also requires me to take additional time off work to resolve the problem whenever it reoccurs. I urge you to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that my vehicle is properly serviced. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter and look forward to hearing from you soon. Buick GMC of White Plains has always been a fair dealership for me and my family. I am always treated with respect, and the dealers are plainly honest about what they have, what they can get, and th dealership for me and my family. I am always treated with respect, and the dealers are plainly honest about what they have, what they can get, and the pricing. They're very transparent in their dealings, and instead of staring at the back of their monitor as we're talking business, they're open and upfront and show you exactly what they're looking at. You can see inventory, interest rates, pricing, etc. all at the same time. I've been a customer for over 10 years now and I'll keep going back and dealing with the same salesperson time after time for as long as he's there. Rob Acerbo is the most attentive, honest dealer I've ever worked with. More

Literally one of my worst experience ever and I’m not rating this because I’m frustrated, it’s the truth. I’ll start by first when I signed the contract I was told I am leasing for 36 month, yet when I leave the dealership, I double checked it showed it was for 39 month. 2 I just got out of warranty, “36”month, the screen of my car broke, and I was told it was it not covered “ although I have a bumper to bumper“ 3 they charge me $15 each month for getting bumper-to-bumper insurance, however when I went in today I was told the insurance is free and I asked why would you offer regular vs bumper to bumper, since it free, no answer I was given.
