Mike has a great personality, he listened to my concerns, advised the best approach to resolve my responsive to working with me on my Grand Marquis. Mike has a great personality, he listened to my concerns, advised the best approach to resolve my vehicle issue. He directed the correct analysis to be conducted to determine needed repairs, provided realistic estimated cost, and completion date. Been dealing with Koons Ford since 2011. Mike Treas usually writes me up. It's nice to deal with someone who remembers who you are. It took a while to get everything resolved (Oil Change was ok, Steering column required tapping resources from a different dealership thanks Mike, and then a throttle body issue - 3 different events, one was ok, Steering column required tapping resources from a different dealership thanks Mike, and then a throttle body issue - 3 different events, one right after the other). But all was good in the end (except the cost of the steering column). More
