UNFARE SERVICE PRACTICES AND UNFARE FINANCIAL PRACTICES: I was informed upon arrival with service that I had used up all oil changes in my service warranty contract - a total of 7 oil changes. I was inform I was informed upon arrival with service that I had used up all oil changes in my service warranty contract - a total of 7 oil changes. I was informed that I was changing my oil every 5,000 miles when the requirement is every 10,000, especially when the vehicle reminds you every 5,000. Never in any of my previous visits did the multiple services advisors tell me that it was not time for an oil change. They just had the services performed as I requested without advising that it wasn't time and this is why I ran out too quickly. I was also disappointed to discover that I paid $1499 with the Financial Advisor (at purchase) for this service contract that included 7 oil changes and 14 tire rotations that would have only cost me $850 had I not had the contract in place. Finally, the wait times for service (even with an appointment) are too long. My wait time was 10 minutes shy of 3 hours for a tire rotation and to look at an issue with the gas cap that was not diagnosed properly. This is unacceptable on all 3 fronts - Service Advisors failed me - the Financial Advisor (who carries the Deluca name) failed me by selling me a product that costed me more in the end - and the Service department as a whole failed me with their unreasonable wait times. My consolation prize was 1 complimentary oil change, which was given by the service manager.. I purchased two vehicles from Deluca and none of this is good for customer retention. More
