Hello, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a detailed review. I completely understand your frustration regarding your certified check, however with how the check was made out it was a third party check and we are not able to accept those. The issue with our state fee's not being updated on our disclosure of fee's in our finance office was truly an oversight as the documentation fee was recently changed in accordance with state guidelines, either way I understand your disappointment and would appreciate you giving me a call when you are able to at 724-347-7702 - Ext 5120. Your review of Jason and how he takes care of his customers, I greatly appreciate, he is a great and caring sales person and it truly means a lot to hear it from great customers like you.
