He was honest, fair, personable, knowledgeable and kind. If the rest of the sales team are anything like them they are amazing but I am recommending everyone I know to Enrique. I was so thankful for him because I called about a specific vehicle and when I got there he had the keys ready and the truck pulled up to look at and drive. It was such an easy and pleasant experience. I have worked in the industry and know my cars and he was honest about everything and didn't try to push the sale or push extras but kindly offered the amazing extras they offer. This dealership also has extra perks compared to other Ford dealerships so run to Ford of Port Richey and ask for Enrique. I promise you won't be disappointed. I bought the truck I called about and it has been amazing and exactly what was described.
