Great service, but these surveys are dumb. I know how they work, you shouldn’t punish staff with a metric that they very little control over. And Heaven forbid that some upset Karen gets one use it to absolutely demolish a service department all because she bought a product she doesn’t understand, is unhappy with, or worse yet, she’s just a miserable person looking to take it out on anyone she can. I have had a great experience at this store and would recommend, but seriously do better. Kick dealerrater to the curb. More
