A Memorable & All Around Great Experience I recently lost my 2011 Kia Soul in a freak flood in Albany. My car was towed to your Service department. I had to retrieve my plates and anything s I recently lost my 2011 Kia Soul in a freak flood in Albany. My car was towed to your Service department. I had to retrieve my plates and anything salvageable from my car. A Very nice young man by the name of Roy Boxie, found my keys and took me to my car. His conversation was very pleasant as was his smile and professionalism. (Not something you always get from folks in the service department). Needless to say, when we opened the car door, the smell of sewer water almost knocked us over. He immediately said,"looks like your getting a new car." (It was deemed a total loss.) I got my plates and upon returning to the waiting area, I said it was a pleasure doing business & I'd probably never see him again. He smiled and said, "Oh, you will!" He was right! Two weeks later after considering a new car payment or being subject to public transportation, I returned to purchase a new vehicle. I was fortunate to have previous dealings with the Sales & Finance Department. Dwayne Ingram and Lou Guerra were once again, gracious in assisting me with the whole process. Both friendly & professional. I couldn't be more happy with how quick and easy they made this experience. I am in an affordable car payment and sitting in my third vehicle from your business!! While waiting to sign papers for my new car, I ran into Roy. He laughed and said,"I told you I'd see you again!" I couldn't do anything but laugh. I absolutely LOVE my 2010 Kia Forte. But when I was waiting for my car in the waiting room as a I went outside browsing around what kind of brand new cars you have outside.
