The only problem was that I could not decide between a Forester and an Outback. My brain said one, my heart said the other. My sales person, Patrick, demonstrated the features of each and we took test drives in both. He took the time to work deals on both ( both through the Costco Plan ). He at no time put any pressure to decide on either model but was very patient and considerate. I chose the Outback. The deal was MUCH better than offers from other Subaru dealers. Very satisfied ! More

Great experience buying my new car. I bought a Kia last year for my daughter and spent many hours running from dealer to dealer. I eventually found myself at Baierl Kia and they beat the I bought a Kia last year for my daughter and spent many hours running from dealer to dealer. I eventually found myself at Baierl Kia and they beat the other dealers by $1100.00. So this time I decided to buy this car differently. I went to several dealers to find the type of car I wanted and once I decide on a Subaru and I headed to Baierl! Several friends recommended Beverly Nowakowski, Bev was fantastic. She spent the time to explain all my options (buying vs leasing) and the pros and cons with each. I decided to buy. Beverly then spent several hours showing me all the different models the Forester came in and which options came with which model. Then came the part I dreaded the most. To make sure I am getting the best deal. I researched pricing the Forester and I had a good idea what price I would be happy with. I told Bev that I wanted her to give me their bottom price the 1st time and if I liked it I would buy and if I didn't like it I would walk. Well I'm writing this review, do I need to say more. She gave me a few options and she did not pressure me into buying a vehicle that I did not want. As a sales person she is very caring and very friendly. Great experience! We initially chose to buy from Baierl because they have USAA member pricing for their vehicles, but after working with them we would absolutely recomm We initially chose to buy from Baierl because they have USAA member pricing for their vehicles, but after working with them we would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone! Due to my husband's unusual work schedule, we took a less traditional approach to the process. After test driving various cars, my husband contacted Allyse Hauser (Internet). She was able to quickly provide us with all the information we needed to make our decision. We then went to the dealership and met John Modaffari (Sales). John was fantastic to work with! He was quick and efficient in response to our time constraints, but still took the time to patiently answer ever single question we had. What really amazed me was how the fantastic customer service continued after the sale was already made. After we signed all the paperwork, John took us out to the vehicle and walked us through every feature until we both felt completely comfortable with the car. Thank you Allyse and John! More

My first car buying experience made simple, easy, and fun! I recently experienced a total engine failure on my old SUV, in which I was not ready to handle whatsoever. I needed to find a new vehicle, and fast, so I was forced to take the next step and go to a dealership. Due to my circumstances, I was not able to afford what I had hoped. It seemed so scary at first, but Ron Pushak makes the experience more personal, and I felt comfortable immediately knowing that Ron would do his very best to make my first dealership experience the best. Ron will jump to answer any questions or requests you may have. He was very knowledgable about his inventory and when he noticed the style of car that I was looking for, he knew exactly where to take me. As a first time buyer, I tried to tread lightly and take baby steps, and I felt as though Ron could see that, and conformed to my needs as a buyer. The first car Ron showed me was a used 2010 Subaru Outback Sport (Impreza). The car had literally just been brought in to be traded in that day! He knew exactly what I was looking for, because I fell in love with the car at first sight. Ron made me feel comfortable knowing that his dealership would not sell me a car that hadn't been gone through and officially certified by Subaru and its technical and mechanical crew.
