Found several candidates that fit my cost/mileage/model year criteria and when I went to the dealership to look at the cars, encountered a friendly and low stress staff. He was extremely helpful and pleasant and my husband was able to test drive the car. The entire experience was very positive. We were back in NJ last week and decided to call Chris as we were looking to replace the car we had bought from him in 2002. We were again pleased with Chris’ knowledge of the inventory at Smythe and his ability to listen to our needs. He is honest and fair. After spending a morning with Chris, we decided to buy a Volvo XC70 from Smythe. Chris made the process of buying the car easy, even though we live out of state.
