I already new Scott Politte, casually and liked him, so it was an obvious 1st choice of dealers. Had purchased a vehicle many years ago from Stivers when they were located on Merle Hay. Troy Kline contacted me immediately in the morning following my online inquiry and arranged for me to visit with him and to test drive the truck. He handled all of my questions and requests and followed-up with everything, quickly and efficiently. Todd Holland did a great job getting the paperwork and details handled. I ran into Scott Politte during my visit to the dealership and felt warmly welcomed and was left with a very reassuring feeling about my decision to purchase the truck. The only down-side is that I have only been able to drive my truck one day since purchasing it because my son has needed for his contracting business. Personnel call you by your name!!!! I have bought 2 vehicles here at this dealership. I felt comfortable with Stivers that I told my parents my experience, They bought a car there as wel I have bought 2 vehicles here at this dealership. Radio Repair & Ford Roll Top Replacement My 2010 Ford F350 was recently in to be serviced for the Radio/CD player not working correctly. The issue was diagnosed and a new radio was ordered. T My 2010 Ford F350 was recently in to be serviced for the Radio/CD player not working correctly. The issue was diagnosed and a new radio was ordered. The old player could not be repaired. While waiting for the new radio to arrive to Stivers, my Ford roll top had an issue. Tim Duff worked with management who decided to replace the top for a nominal fee. I agreed to this. Days later my truck was in to be serviced for both items, and Tim was able to secure me a nice "loaner" to drive. There were some issues during the install of the roll top and the truck needed to stay another day. For my inconvienence, Stivers picked up any fees or deductibles I owed. WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Nice work to all the Techs, Service Managers, and Management at Stivers Ford for doing a wonderful job to make my repair experience painless!! More

Backing Up Their Work I had some modifications done to my new truck and brought it back to Stivers to get it realigned. Troy Kline Rocks! We stopped into the dealership a day after buying our 5th wheel in hopes to find a F-250 Platinum spec'd close enough to what we wanted. We were somewhat pressed for time, because we were leaving on Friday of the same week on a 2,500 mile trip with the camper and new truck. We met up with Troy Kline, he gave us keys to 3 of the closest trucks to what we were looking for, we drove them, then went to work on buying it. From start to finish, although it still takes a decent amount of time, we were in and out with the new truck in roughly 5 hours. Troy did a great job accommodating the aftermarket products we needed into the deal, and financing was pretty painless, as well. Overall, the process was simple and quick, and we felt like we received a fair deal. Troy did a great job, and we'd definitely recommend him and the dealership to others. More

Great expierence I am very happy with my expierence with Stivers. I have bought several F150s, traded in my used ones, and have my vehicles serviced at Stivers.
