I followed his suggestion I am so glad that I did because I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. Christian Francois, my saleswoman was fantastic. She was very thoughtful, supportive and caring person. She patiently guided me through the whole process. I was met with her beautiful smile as I walked through the glass door into the showroom. I was so lucky. Christian knew exactly which car would fit my needs. She is also a great teacher. All the staff were great. They paid attention to my needs. I wanted a Spay and Neuter Plate. The Service Department helped me turn in my rental car. I was not sure how to go about it. I highly recommend this Dealership. More

Good Experience I had a good experience at this dealership. This was my first car I was purchasing and was worried of being overwhelmed or taken advantage of. In one I had a good experience at this dealership. This was my first car I was purchasing and was worried of being overwhelmed or taken advantage of. In one day, I visited 5 dealerships and looked at 7 cars, Subaru of Wakefield being my second stop. Perry was friendly and energetic, but not in an aggressive or exhausting manner. He answered all of my questions and explained the specs I didn't understand, but otherwise he pretty much just let the car and the test drive speak for itself. I left that day without purchasing a car, but mainly because it was only my second stop of the day and I wanted to see everything on the market. A few days later I made my decision and Perry helped me find the exact model and trim I wanted. Always enthusiastic, but never pushy. I didn't like working with the finance department as much as the sales, and not because of the obvious-handing over a bunch of money, but I didn't like the guy I had to work with. He had a negative, yet aloof attitude. He was pushier than nearly any of the sales people I had worked with on my car search regarding extras and options to purchase. I was consulting with my brother about extended warranty purchase(s), a Subaru owner and he accompanied me on my initial search/test drives, and the finance guy kept telling me over and over how my brother probably doesn't know how great these warranties actually are, what they cover, etc. He didn't acknowledge that I was providing my brother with the same info I was provided with. So if my brother didn't know or understand something, then neither did I. Also, sorry finance guy, but I respect my brother's opinion more than yours, especially since you were just trying to sell me something additional by bombarding me with 'right choices'. In the end I walked out of there with making one additional/extra purchase and nearly regretted immediately. I out the extra purchase on my credit card to be billed over a ten month period and will likely be canceling it before the first billing period. Overall, I had a good experience and I love my new car. More

Exceptional service throughout the entire experience. I did not want to go through another winter with out an AWD . Unlike other under dealerships Justin took the time to understand what I was looking for in a car and helped me pick the model that was best for me. Every time that I had to come to the dealership Justin always set aside time and made my family and I welcome. When it came to purchasing my car and dealing with insurance he made sure that I had all of the information I needed. He even called me on his DAY OFF to give me the VIN for my new car so I could move forward with the paperwork. I am so happy that I was able to work with Justin during this process and have already recommended him to other friends and family. More

He is a friendly and fun guy and made my experience car shopping much better than it was when I was stressing out looking at the cars online. He was very knowledgeable about the different cars they have and what would accommodate my lifestyle. He helped me with my financing so that u could walk away knowing I was getting the car I wanted the day I wanted it. He even made sure it was ready in 2 days so I could go camping! He could have been more transparent with the process, but we understand it's at the end of the model year, and inventory was low. Al did a fine job! 5 stars. NOT related to our dealings with Al - there is no receptionist at Subaru of Wakefield (not in the 4-5 times I visited). There IS a front desk, but nobody sits there. If you want service, you need a flare gun. 0 stars, bad job. I cannot rate a customer experience that requires you to find your own sales person by wandering around aimlessly. More

However, I must emphasize that this very satisfactory experience was due to Jason Matte, our sales person. For someone who was new at the time to the business, Jason presented himself right from the start as a very competent and knowledgeable person. He answered all our questions and when in doubt, checked with others to give us the appropriate information. Jason did this with a very pleasant and patient disposition. We have already recommended him to two of our friends interested in buying Subarus, and certainly stand behind our recommendation. Great "small dealership" feel Subaru of Wakefield is one of the largest Subaru dealerships in New England, but it feels like a small, homey place (I mean that in the most positive Subaru of Wakefield is one of the largest Subaru dealerships in New England, but it feels like a small, homey place (I mean that in the most positive way). It was a very friendly and personable buying experience. Larry was the associate we worked with and he was great. He walked us through everything and was not pushy at all - a great car buying experience.
