Great Experience - Deal done right over the phone 123. Chris and I got the deal done right over the phone. He had the car I wanted at the right price. Everything worked just like he promised...no games o Chris and I got the deal done right over the phone. He had the car I wanted at the right price. Everything worked just like he promised...no games or gimmicks. I wanted the remote car starter and he had the service department install it. We did most of the paperwork right over the phone and email. When I came to pickup the car it took very little time to sign and walk outside for a detailed walkthrough of the Forester and it's features. When I get my next Subaru I'm definately going back to Chris and Ramsey Subaru. They might not be the closest dealer to me but they are the best! More

Started out good but too shady trying to make a deal!!!! My first impression of Rick was a good friendly guy. I was shopping for an Outback and I test drove it with him. When I started to ask about prices, h My first impression of Rick was a good friendly guy. I was shopping for an Outback and I test drove it with him. When I started to ask about prices, he said to go ahead and bring him the prices of the other guys then he'll give me his ... I shopped around and came back and as we're making the deal, he asked me to hold my credit card if he would get me the final deal numbers we were trying to work out. I think this move is very unprofessional to pressure you and force you to seal the deal by holding your credit card hostage ... I refused and I told him that you just lost a sure customer. I left and I took my business to Liberty Subaru where they estimated the value of my trade in immediately and gave me the best price for my Outback and I sealed the deal today and purchased the car no games no gimmick. Wish it had gone much better at Ramsey, but the one thing I get turned off by is not being straight forward .. and refusing to give you any final prices!! More
