Dear customer, We regret to hear that you feel that way. The battery was fully functioning at the time of purchase. We apologize that the battery in your pre-owned vehicle died two months later. According to The National Roads & Motorists’ Association, “both hot and cold, can affect the life of your car battery. In winter your battery is more prone to failure as the colder temperatures overnight will cause the materials in the battery to contract, and then when in use, the battery will return to a nominal operating temperature which will cause the material to expand again. This constant contraction and expansion of the battery materials will weaken the structural integrity of the lead plates.” Please contact me directly if you like to discuss this further.
