Most relaxing car shopping experience! Highly recommend I was a little bit on edge walking into a dealership because of the scary thought of getting pressured into a new expensive car. Instead I got greeted by this wonderful sales man Jorge Sanchez right away I felt comfortable with him. He showed me and we test drove the civic and the accord. Jorge new exactly the product he was selling me. I have a 4 year old daughter that still uses a car seat, in fact that is the reason he showed me the accord its emensely spacious in the back seat and the trunk is spacious too for my grocery trips. Jorge Sanchez felt as if he was a big brother looking out for my necessities: as a parent, student, and worker. My experience at galpin Honda was fantastic. I highly suggest a person of any age to consider a Honda from galpin. I got a great deal and I'm in love with my new car. More

Excellent Customer Service Experience It was my second experience with Galpin Honda and for the second time I was assisted in leasing a new car from Javier Navarro. I was trading in my Hon It was my second experience with Galpin Honda and for the second time I was assisted in leasing a new car from Javier Navarro. I was trading in my Honda Accord early and really wanted a new Civic and Javier was able to make this happen. I didn't think this was going to be an easy trade in because my previous car had pretty high mileage, but thanks to the great customer service I was able to get exactly the car I wanted for just the right price. Javier really helped to make sure that I got the best deal for my previous car and that I left today happy with my new lease. Overall it was a great experience and I left very satisfied with my new Civic. I will definitely be coming back in the future and working with Javier. Excellent customer service I had purchased a Pilot at Galpin Honda from Javier Navarro about a year ago. I knew I wanted to purchase a Pilot, but all the dealerships Made me fee I had purchased a Pilot at Galpin Honda from Javier Navarro about a year ago. I knew I wanted to purchase a Pilot, but all the dealerships Made me feel they didn't want my business. As soon as I meet Javier at Galpin Honda I felt relieved. I had many questions about the vehicle and Javier was very informative, answering all my questions and concerns. He also helped me get a good deal, something I could afford. After purchasing the vehicle about 7 months later I was in a car collision. The vehicle was totaled. I was left without a family car and so instinctively I went to Javier again. I told him I loved the pilot and wanted a new one. Once again Javier was very helpful and took care of it. He has made my experience a pleasant one, which alternatively has made me a loyal customer.
