I have since bought 3 vehicles over the last 10 years from Ditschman/Flemington Ford. I just bought a 2015 F-150 and as usual the experience was great. My saleman Fred Kress was fantastic as usual, no pressure to buy, extremely helpful, knowledegable about the vehicle, and just a pleasure to do business with. I have to travel 45 miles from home to get to this dealership but it is well worth it. I also have all of my maintence on my vehicles done by Ditschman/ Flemington Ford including oil changes and tire rotations. When I make an appointment for service I always ask for Mike Ditondo in service to do the work because over the years Mike has worked on all my vehicles and you come to trust that the work will always be done right. I know I could go somewhere closer to home but you get this trusting feeling dealing with this dealership for both sales and repairs that I would not consider going anywhere else. More

I can proudly say that Ditschman/Flemington Ford deserves recognition for their efforts in providing stellar service. Not only did I receive "service with a smile" and a gratitude for giving them my business, but they also genuinely cared about my time. Their "no pressure" approach was very well appreciated. While I waited about 6 weeks for my vehicle order to come in, it arrived exactly when I was told it would be there. On the day of pick-up, all the paperwork was ready to go and my new vehicle was fully detailed and ready to drive home with a full tank of gas. Thank you to the entire team I worked with on making it a great experience! Customer service is alive and well at this dealership. More

Very happy I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted.
