Who knew getting your car serviced could be so pleasant? I have nothing but high marks for Germain Lexus of Naples and those that have helped me there over the years. I have had consistent pleasant experiences there and actually enjoy my trips there each time. My service rep is Carrie Rickard. She is pleasant on the phone ahead of time, punctual and informative during our times together and she is juggling a ton of people and cars at the same time. I feel apprecaited and comfortable and never taken advantage of. Carrie always tells me the amount of money she expects my service to be and if anything changes she is the first to tell me and why. She has helped me get the best workmanship as well on a little fender bender I had...ooops! I have no complaints ... it's truly a little break in my schedule to sit in a lovely environment, be offered a lovely beverage and snacks...healthy and delectable and know that I won't be there a minute longer than indicated unless something is found that we aren't expecting. I am sure that means that behind the scenes, the techs are working hard as well. My car comes back clean and washed and read to roll~ More

How to best treat a customer. I had scheduled a routine service appointment and was assigned to Mr Dave McKinney. Mr McKinney was professional, friendly and efficient. He informed I had scheduled a routine service appointment and was assigned to Mr Dave McKinney. Mr McKinney was professional, friendly and efficient. He informed me exactly what service was needed and how long it would take. The dealership was very busy with snow birds getting ready to head north, but I was in and out of the dealership right on time. The customer waiting room was crowded but still provided a comfortable environment. Mr. McKinney made it an easy and headache free service experience for me. I would highly recommended him. More

Service, however, left a bit to be desired in that they didn't adjust the tire pressures upon doing the tire rotation. I discovered this on the way home, called Beverly and she was going to call service to report it. Also, after I got home I reviewed the bill more closely and saw I was charged $18.86 for 2 batteries for my remote key fobs. Same batteries at officedepot.com (and in all likelihood in the store) were a 2-pay for $3.49. Quite a markup just like the hospitals and charges for aspirin. More

I have owned 43 General Motors products in my lifetime. However, after GM borrowed monies from the Federal Government, I decided to purchase a Lexus. Because of the great performance in the past 3 years of this product and because of Germain Lexus, I will never purchase any other type of automobile nor from any other dealer..
