horrible this was the worse experience I have ever had with a car dealership, front desk pitiful, and my sales guy didn't know a thing about how to treat a cus this was the worse experience I have ever had with a car dealership, front desk pitiful, and my sales guy didn't know a thing about how to treat a customer, they sent me home in a truck the one I wanted, said everything was good to go, no problems papers be done in the morning just sign, well next day not the case, the told me then I had to have 5000 grand down lol, and my payments were not even close to what they told me night before don't trust a darn word these people say about anything u want to buy a car go else where to do so, wasted my time and a day they are good for that for sure and that's about it..BUY ELSEWHERE More

I wasted 5-6 hours of my life because of their horrible business ethics. WOULD NOT buy from this company. Jeff gave me a price. I said okay lets do it. Do you have a shipping company I can get a quote from. He called me back with his references which were extremely high. I spend 5+ hours researching reviews and getting quotes on shipping companies. Called them but they were already closed for the day. Called first thing the next morning and he had sold the car to someone else, probably to make more money. Just awful dishonest business ethics. A bunch of money hungry pigs! I will never ever go there again. I was looking to get out of my current contract and into something else because the company that held my title were I will never ever go there again. I was looking to get out of my current contract and into something else because the company that held my title were charging me $11,000 in interest. so I called in spoke to a lady named Shanay and she told me about how they take whatever amount you are upside down off the car you decide to buy so you break even. I told them I only had $500 to put down. I made an appointment, when I arrived some anxious salesman named Pascal greeted me walked me over to the desk to check in and then took me to his desk. he knew nothing about me not even my name. he worked on his previous deal for a half hour while I sat at his desk. when he got around to helping me he said they could help me gave me 2 cars to chose from, I waited in the lot 30 min while he went to get a key (I'm pretty sure he was helping another customer) I test drove the car and I waited another 45 minutes for him to come back and ask me if I could come up with a few thousand dollars. I said no and he said 'Well i'm sorry I can't help you, the bank wants more down' . the next day I called the manager and spoke with him, he apologized and said unless I can come up with more money or get a cosigner, they can't help me. Well I went the same day Andy Mohr Speedway Chevy and I was able to walk out with a brand new 2015 Chevy Cruze the very next day. And only with the $500 that I said I had to put down. I only went to Bill Estes because I figured a big dealership I would have a wider selection. I was wrong! Andy Mohr Chevy treated me fair and gave me individualized attention and truly wanted to help me with my situation. More

When I went in for an oil change, Nelson mentioned that I would be needing new tires and Bill Estes would make sure I got the best price in town. I showed him another estimate and, true to his promise, they matched the price - will also automatically rotate the tires each time I am in for an oil change - good deal! This will help me get the best wear out of my tires and won't require any extra effort on my part. I appreciate all they did to make tire buying as enjoyable of an experience as possible. More
