She always called me for authorization before proceeding with work, and she coordinated flawlessly so that I always got my car picked up on time and with no stress. This woman is Ronita, and I recommend that if you are new to Broadway Toyota;s Service Dept., seek her out and choose her for your main contact and advocate. You will find that Ronita is highly trained, very intelligent, and quietly friendly and helpful. We seem to have a running conversation that just picks up each time I see her, right where we left off last time. She amazes me with the new learning she has acquired since my last visit, and it is truly a joy to watch her continuously growing and getting even better at her job and at being a very good person. He listened to my ideas and thought about the challenges I presented very patiently before he finally asked if I would look at a vehicle he thought would be just right for me. He treated me with respect and kindness, never resorting to psychological xxxxxxto try to get me to agree to a deal I couldn't accept or live with. He not only got me the deal I asked for on the car I wanted, but he teamed up with other employees to get the work done with the least amount of stress or upset for me. I'm not very fond of negotiating to buy a car. Usually I end up feeling like the salesperson doesn't believe me when I talk about what I am able to do as a buyer; in fact, I once heard a salesman tell me "Why should you care what the price is for the car? You must make a lot of money, so you can afford whatever I show you!" Well, Kzham is not like that. He listened to me, and I felt like we actually got to know each other during our discussion leading up to my decision to take a car home to show my wife; he gave me enough time to let my wife "sleep on it" overnight, so she didn't feel pressured. She had ample time to ask lots of questions until she was satisfied we were making a good decision, without any pressure on her. I had a great car when I brought in for service that day, but it was starting to become much more expensive to maintain. My new car actually saves me money, even though the old one was paid for and in very good condition with unusually low miles for its age, because it has an amazing warranty that guarantees that I won't have to worry about expensive repairs for the first 8 years or 100,000 miles! Very happy with the car we got. I was stranded at the dealership when our 20-year-old car needed more repair work than we were willing to invest in it (first of all, a mechanic [Rick I was stranded at the dealership when our 20-year-old car needed more repair work than we were willing to invest in it (first of all, a mechanic [Rick Michael] was very nice to do the basic diagnostic work for me gratis, cutting around the normal scheduling process since I was out of town with a flashing engine warning light). I then had four hours before my wife's conference would end, so spent the day shopping for a newer used ride. I was there for so long (on either side of lunch) that I actually worked with more than one salesperson, which helped me to understand the automobiles and the decision process from slightly different perspectives. Thank you to enthusiastic Kenny Khzam, who got me started and closed the deal (helping to sell the sensibleness of the sudden purchase to my wife!), and also to Pat Doolan, who took me out for a test drive and was very articulate in explaining the workings and advantages of the Prius. Then the rest of the team (finance/warrantee and insurance) were also helpful and articulate with their advice. Since then our relatives and friends have added their rave reviews to how good the car looks and runs (more than one person commenting that they thought the 2-year-old certified Prius was in fact brand new).
