Great Deal I originally went to this dealership because I saw a particular vehicle in their on line inventory. Unfortunately the vehicle was sold the night befor I originally went to this dealership because I saw a particular vehicle in their on line inventory. Unfortunately the vehicle was sold the night before. They did have a similar vehicle with even more options which they offered at a great price. They even threw in a couple of accessories I wanted at no additional charge. There was no hard sell for additional warranties. Overall a very pleasant car buying experience. And I drove the vehicle home the same day. More

Great car buying experience This was my first Internet purchase and I was quite hesitant about buying a car based only on pictures and description. The dealership was 2.5 hours f This was my first Internet purchase and I was quite hesitant about buying a car based only on pictures and description. The dealership was 2.5 hours from my house and I didn't want to drive that far to make a deal. The first person I spoke with was John Decker who was very helpful by letting me know that among other things, the car could be delivered. This was a huge selling point. I also had some plans for my old car which literally at the last minute fell through and I literally had to text John not to deliver the car and I was in a panic and distressed that the experience was falling apart. John was absolutely professional and attentive to my concerns and restructured the events such that I could make the deal for the Subaru I really wanted. John made things work out quickly, and we were still able to complete the transaction that same day. The car was delivered a few hours later and I am now the owner of what I consider my dream car. The way John handled this was beyond any previous car buying experience I have had.
