They are even letting us take car o get checked by our own mechanic to see if it's a good car. So far we have had nothing but great quick service with them despite all the negative reviews our visit was very nice. Now once we take it to our mechanic and he looks at it we will know for sure. But all in all Would definitely recommend them to others. More

From the very first phone call, he was always willing to help and satisfy our needs as well as meet our expectations. He went above and beyond our expectations to the point where the price we were given was extremely competitive and absolutely unbeatable by any other dealership! It almost seemed too good to be true until we signed the papers. Our experience was extremely smooth, especially with the upfront and honest information provided by our sales rep, Daryl. He answered all our questions and did everything in his power to get us the best deal possible, which ended up being even better than the best!! We were a regular customer of a different local Honda dealership for years, but AutoNation provided us with great customer service and a deal we could not refuse. We are extremely pleased with our purchase and will probably be going back to purchase another Honda this week! Called again to confirm with Nancy and she called back to say that yes it was approved ... Hubby walks in and pick a car they offered based on our trade in ... Spent 4 hours sitting with the financing person Jamie's and there were vin numbers errors , which paperwork had to be re done. Got a call next day after taking the car home saying that the credit wasn't approved. So unprofessional to let costumes know they are approved and let them sign the paperwork and pick a car to then find it was a mistake !!! More
Too long to not deliver on promises Worked with Eric on line to get pricing - they were about $800 away but "that's no problem - we'll work the deal you need" got me driving 50 miles to Worked with Eric on line to get pricing - they were about $800 away but "that's no problem - we'll work the deal you need" got me driving 50 miles to buy a Civic EX. Despite their own printed inventory list showing three vehicles with a black interior - "the two black ones have sold and the silver one is supposed to be on the lot but I can't find it, so we'll test drive the 2015 and do the same deal on that one" - yeah right Eric! Complete waste of time that was! Then they "find" the silver one and everything is great - except when I pop the trunk see dead and moldy leaves and check the mileage at 450 miles! No great look of surprise when I communicate that I’m not interested in a vehicle that was a deal that fell through– nice try - NOT! So while they are still calling, trying to get their own Toyota dealership to give them a trade figure on my Prius we will drive a car with gray interior. Except the first one won't start so now I'm on choice number 5! Get back - still no trade figures but hey for grins they tried to present a signed sales order at 12 grand trade value instead of the 16.5 it was already in their system at (and the 17.5 they finally offered).- nice try again - NOT! Bottom line, spent three hours - didn't get the deal I was told I would - on either the 2014 or the 2015, tried to sucker me into a vehicle that had 450 miles on it, oh and the vehicle I was originally interested in (and would have bought even though the deal wasn’t as promised) is still in stock according to their web site five days later! More

Service Director: Mislead us, Rude, Sarcastic and uncaring My car battery died in a rough part of Sanford, my partner met me at my stranded location in our other vehicle. My partner called Auto Nation spoke w My car battery died in a rough part of Sanford, my partner met me at my stranded location in our other vehicle. My partner called Auto Nation spoke with Service Director Don Mills, Mills advised he had battery in stock and quoted the price. So my partner went to Auto Nation Honda to pick up a new battery. I waited in the hot sun in a not so nice part of town for my partner to go and get battery and return. My partner called Don Mills he said he had a battery and quoted the price. When my partner got there Don Mills The Service Director said " he would have to test the battery in the car first before selling us a battery". We have purchased many batteries over the years and this simply was not true. Also The Service Director said he needed the old battery first. My partner drove all the way back to retrive the battery from the car to take it to him. Upon arrival with the dead battery Don Mills wanted us to bring the car in so he could test battery in the car. Well the car was dead so I waited 45 minutes for the tow truck and we had to have it towed to Auto Nation. When i arrived with the car at Auto Nation my partner informed me that Don Mills advised us that he assumed he had a battery but didnt. He would have to order one and it would be there tomorrow. I advised this is unacceptable he told us at the very beginning he he had a battery and even quoted us the price, not to mention he made us have the car towed there at our expense. He was rude and mislead us from the beginning. He said well "You can go to Wal-Mart and pick one up " sarcastically like we were beneath him. He didn't even give us our battery back, we had to wait for a piece of paper from him to take to parts to retrieve our battery. Parts department lost our battery and it took an additional 30 minutes for them to find it. When they returned it, We left and due to this Horrible experience and treatment from the Service Director we shall never return to Auto Nation Honda again. More

Skip Sage answered personally within 15 minutes and gave me some actual quotes. He was patient with my questions, and not pushy. So I dropped by to see him that afternoon. Even though the dealership was swamped, Skip made sure I was taken care of. And while I waited for the finance person to see me, he sat with me and we chatted away the time. Couldn't ask for a nicer guy. Rebecca in Finance also was a gem. Easily the most stress-free time I've spent in a finance department. It was great chatting with her too. Never felt I was being pressured or anything. So happy to have my new Accord. More
