Well Worth the Trip!! I have been looking for a GMC 2500 since March of 2015. I have looked and emailed about several trucks before I found this truck at Zeck Ford in Kans I have been looking for a GMC 2500 since March of 2015. I have looked and emailed about several trucks before I found this truck at Zeck Ford in Kansas. After speaking with Cullen a few times, I was convinced this was the truck and didn't waste anymore time to take the long trip to there. I live by Chicago so I had to be sure this was it. I took the trip with my brother and met Cullen. He was honest about everything and I was a very happy camper to see this truck was it and it was exactly what I was told!!! I would highly recommend Zeck Ford is worth the trip!! More

From the beginning it was nice because of the opportunity to just walk the lot and not be hassled at all by salesman. We were able to walk around, look the cars over, sit in them, etc. without being approached once. To me, that has always been the worst part of buying a car in the past (besides paying for it :) ) Overall, the whole process was smooth and I have already recommended Zeck and Kenny to other people and will continue to do so in the future. Good sales guy, watch admin fees. need to get titles right I thought Dust was a good salesman and I would be happy to work with him in the future. But I was disappointed at 2 things. 1) the $5 file fee and I thought Dust was a good salesman and I would be happy to work with him in the future. But I was disappointed at 2 things. 1) the $5 file fee and the $399 seems excessive on a $3K used motorcycle. That was 13.5% addition to the advertised price. That would be small on a $30K car, but not on a small purchase. 2) I told Dustin, the finance guy and the office person who called to verify my address that we wanted that title to be in both my name and my wife's name. The back of title was just signed over to me. This caused both my wife and I to go to the DMV and sign an affidavit to correct this mistake. Irritating!!! More

I looked at 5 others dealers and auto makes and came back to Zeck Ford. Steve the sales man was really great in taking the time to show and look up options on autos. He did not pressure us but gave us several ways to go. I will go back and send others to Zeck Ford as I really was excited about how non pressured I was. This is what I did not like about some of the other dealers was the buy no pressure they put on us, but easy going . Thanks Steve will send people your way.. Morgan & Mary More
Overall disgusted 8/19/2015- When I first test drove my car the brakes weren't done properly. That should have been my first sign to WALK AWAY. I don't think it was worth the price with all of the fees they charge for sure. The sale went rather smoothly. Salesperson was generally nice. I bought my car on a Saturday, they had several things they needed to fix and was told I'd get it Monday. Then Tuesday. Finally got the car on Wednesday evening 8/12/2015. So, I've physically had it about a week. There was axle grease all over that freaking thing. In the seats and ended up on the light colored headliner somehow. It wasn't cleaned. The car itself was all around dirty. A clip was missing from the visor. No book with the car. The previous owner's cell phone was still linked to the car. He named it "Power xxxxx". All well and good but not very professional to leave that and I would have been upset if my nieces or nephews were in the car when I discovered it. All of that just turned me off. On top of that, the acceleration isn't right, it's running really loud, and there's a noise coming from the dash. The car is only two years old. Ugh. I would give this place one star but the second star is for the fact that they called and said that they'd like to fix the issues. However, at this point I don't trust that they would do it right and that it would come back to me in worse condition than it already is. I'm paying thousands of dollars on this thing and don't want it more messed up than it already is. This is my first car. I've always driven SUV's or trucks. Because of all the issues I've had I HATE this thing now. Really the only thing that would make me feel better about this dealership would be if they took the car back. I told the salesperson this and he just said "Well, if there's anything I can do let me know". So, apparently they do not have a return policy like other dealers. I wish I would have asked that prior to actually purchasing this piece of junk. I was hoping I'd like the car but I'm disgusted with the experience and the level of neglect this dealership has. I've had bad experiences at other dealers but mainly with service. I've never had issues with a car like this. Stay away is my suggestion. 8/20/2015- I'm updating this to a one star. I was contacted after posting my review by Jace. The only thing he focused on was the fact I stated the car came dirty. I cleaned the car. Then he responds with "What's still wrong with the vehicle? A rattle in the dash? I'm trying to help out." Take the car back if you want to help out. His attitude was ridiculous. The vehicle is running very hard. When I'm driving at a steady speed it revs and slows. Every time it revs it jerks forward. When moving from a stop it lunges forward. Also, something that I didn't mention before, when changing lanes it tries to pull me back into the lane. It's scary. I can't wait to see how that works on a slippery road this winter. I honestly feel like I got a different vehicle than the one I test drove. Last night I contacted another Ford dealer about this vehicle. After checking it came back with three recalls that weren't fixed. Zeck Ford couldn't even fix those and they were not disclosed to me during the purchase. How completely unprofessional. They may have good customer service...at first...but you're not buying customer service you're buying a car. DO NOT COME HERE!!! You've been warned. 8/24/2015- This has been the worst experience by far. Two days in a row I have gone into my garage and ALL the lights have been on inside and outside of this car. Everything is set on automatic and I know they were off when I brought groceries in. They've shut off previous to this. So, randomly in the night the lights are coming on. Well, after reading the response from Zeck Ford I called today. Spoke with Laura. She said that they would work it out with me to where if there was a serious issue with the vehicle it would be sent back to Ford and I'd be free of it. She said they would fix what they needed to if it wasn't that serious and help me get into a different vehicle. Because I told her I'm scared of this thing. Pretty sure I'm going to die in it. Especially since it shut off on me while I was driving down the middle of Metcalf today. Awesome. I was hesitant because I don't think they'd fix it right but I agreed because I no longer want this junk. So, she takes my information and says she's going to find a driver to bring me a loaner and pick up this car. I was so RELIEVED. I was so happy they were willing to step up and take this thing back and help me. I thought man this would work out. Well, FIVE hours later she calls and says I should just take it to a dealer near me since I don't want them to work on it and I've posted all these awful reviews online about them. What do you expect?! You claim that you're going to help and get me out of this death trap and then after I agree you change your mind and say no you're not going to stand by what you offer. Do not come here please. It's the worst decision you could make with your money. I was more than ready to change my review to a positive one but after this they should get zero stars. More

I was skeptical, and we had gotten the runaround by other dealers in a search for a nice used car. I can say I was pleasantly surprised and very pleased by Zeck. Our sales guy, Buddy, made the process really easy. He was up front and very pleasant. The car was super clean, and drove perfect, so my decision was made on the spot. More car for less money - pretty simple. Zeck prides themselves on up front pricing and great service, and you can feel that commitment from the sales people to the business office. Of all things, I appreciate the fact they valued my time by making pricing easy, and showing a quality vehicle and having it ready for test drives and delivery as promised. I wasted time elsewhere before I discovered Zeck. Our lease is up in 18 months, and we will be back to work with Buddy. More

Kyle Anderson was the first salesperson we came across and he was very helpful. We test drove two vehicles, made our decision pretty quickly, and there was absolutely no pressure to upgrade to a more expensive car or to something we weren't interested in. He also offered to fix a minor defect in the tail light before we bought the vehicle. The only part of the process that took a little longer was going over the warranty packages, deciding which extended warranty to purchase, and signing the financing paperwork. This is my first experience working with a dealership, and I must say, I'm very impressed! More
