He spent a tremendous amount of time explaining the difference between my Acura TSX (whose lease was ending) and a new TLX. More importantly, he made my wife feel comfortable with all of the new technology in the TLX. Brian was really a pleasure to work with, and made the car-buying process (which I hate) really a pleasure. More
