It turns out that paying out weekly saves about 14 months on a 5 year contract. We couldn't get a brand new car -- way above our pay grade, but it's a 2012 Jeep Patriot and it's just what we need. Not fancy, but it has 4WD when needed, gets respectable mileage otherwise. --- About Imperial's dealership in Mendon, MA. They are better than good. They're great. Not only do they have the MOST entertaining dealership anywhere -- it's like a museum with incredibly cool vintage car and pop culture stuff -- but they have amazing service. --- Andy found the right car, Karyn worked out the financing, AND they delivered the car to our house and took the old car away. All in a single afternoon. BIG thanks to Karyn and Andy who worked so hard to make sure we got ourselves into a vehicle we could almost afford -- and made the experience fun. I didn't think it was possible! --- This is the second car we've bought from Imperial and should we ever be in the market for another? We'll be back in a heartbeat. More

My family and I have purchased several vehicles throughout the years at this dealership and have received nothing but the most professional customer service from Sales to Financing. I was not given a fair chance at Chevy because I owed more on the vehicle than what it's worth and the trade in was low. Frank Assured me he can get me some help but was sure what he could do without running my credit. He then introduced me to Karyn. She instantly was like a breath of fresh air! I felt welcomed and wanted and didn't feel like just another customer. The 2 days I dealt with her were stress free and she even had me laughing. She is the smartest person I know! She sat down and found a vehicle better than I expected with more rebates and somehow worked to get me more for my car than what it was worth. This was able to help me afford such a new vehicle. I was beyond thrilled to hear all she had found for me. She is so good at her job. She checked my credit and gave me tips on how I can improve ,she just went above and beyond like no one else has ever done for me. She deserves it all and then some. She loves her customers and loves her job she is compassionate and so caring. This is one unbelievable woman. I look forward to seeing her and frank again when I pick up my vehicle. More
