It was registering that I was driving in Conn when actually I w Recently I was having trouble with the screen display of my GPS system in my new Audi. It was registering that I was driving in Conn when actually I was in Roslyn,NY. I called the service dept and they told me to come right over. Fifteen minutes later I was there and didn't have to wait one minute when the head valet in the Service Dept hopped in my car and immediately saw that the problem was that I had inadvertently hit a button that zoomed my satellite radius to 100 miles. He readjusted it and was extremely pleasant, professional and eager to help me with any other questions I had about the systems in my car. He treated me like I was the most valued customer they had. He was totally knowledgeable and beyond patient with my half hour of questions about the minutaie of my car. He even got a pad an clearly wrote everything down for me! When we were finished he encouraged me to "come back any time and he would be happy to explain anything else". He is a loyal and happy employee and that sets the tone in the entire service dept. Kudos and thanks to Ralphie!! More
