Fantastic Customer Service Experience! We just picked up our new Q-3 from Biener. Salesman Joe Mortell was great & helpful in making sure everything was handled & ready for our scheduled pick-up--- we ordered the vehicle the day before leaving for a 3 week vacation & returned on 2/29 , expecting to do the pick up. Everything was handled in our absence, without a hitch. Great vehicle! The best part was our experience with sales manager, Drew Russo. He expertly handled some nuisance "odds & ends" concerning the Audi A-3, that we had purchased at another dealership, but returned to Biener. In years past, we had acquired other Audis, but never at Biener.( Despite living so close to this dealership) They were never competitive enough, & never seemed to "want" our business. THIS WAS REVERSED on this occassion. They truly earned our business, our trust, & thanked us for our business. Quite a turn around & we are now a member of "the Biener Family"- More

I live in Michigan, and was looking for a blue Q7; not many were left, but Biener had one. I called the dealership, and was lucky to get George as my salesperson. He was very thorough, professional and helpful throughout the whole process. The out-of-state sale required much more time, paperwork and details than a normal transaction. George did a fantastic job of keeping me informed about the paperwork, financing and shipping info. The dealership even agreed to split the shipping cost, which was a great perk. George has called me several times since we received the vehicle, just to make sure we were happy & to see if we had any questions about the options. I would not hesitate to recommend George and Biener Audi to anyone, and would buy from them again, if circumstances warranted it. More
Disrespect beyond belief My Girlfriend and I (early 30's, combined income over 500k/year) visited Biener Audi over the weekend, with full intentions to lease a new A3. While w My Girlfriend and I (early 30's, combined income over 500k/year) visited Biener Audi over the weekend, with full intentions to lease a new A3. While we could afford a higher model, it comes down to value for us, and living in Manhattan we don't see the need to lease an A6 or something of such great quality. Albeit, a beautiful machine! After waiting and meandering aimlessly around Biener Audi's demo floor for about 15 minutes, we had the pleasure to be placed with the so-called stellar salesman Rich. He looked up some inventory for us, plugged in some numbers, and provided us a lease quote to be what we felt as exorbitantly high. Especially, considering we had been to Town Audi in Englewood the day prior and were provided a quote that was 22% lower. I fully understand there can be variability between dealerships, but when we mentioned this quote to Rich, he laughed in our faces and said that's impossible. While I can see why a consumer would falsify such numbers, this was not one of those cases. In fact, we have a saved print out of the quote we received from Town Audi. It would have been fine if Rich apologized sincerely and said he couldn't match those numbers, but instead he made us feel like we were naive consumers that he didn't want to waste his time on. I rarely, if ever, write negative reviews because I like to focus on the positivity that an employee can bring to their service. Furthermore, for all we know, a poor service representative (Rich in this case) could just be having a bad day. However, that should not be an excuse to make us feel like a stereotypical young couple that is not worthy of providing service as we may not be able to afford the product they are offering. I hope that this feedback helps Biener Audi reflect on their service they provide and realize the new business they lost as a result of their actions. More

He went above and beyond in answering all of my questions honestly, and making the process not as painful as it otherwise could have been. For this reason, I was able to get the right car. I say I need car to go home, and she just brushes me off. Luckily gentleman besides her steps in to take of this problem. I complain about rear weeper makes a lots noise about 3 months after last service (They changed weeper blade insert too), and she says she changes hers twice this year. If what she says is truth, AUDI should looks into this issue because I have the other SUV and I don't change rear weeper blade insert for more than one year. Anyway, I get charge $53 dollars for that insert. But I think maintenance team does very good job and deserves 5 star, but the front desk is not up to standard. More
Very disappointed! I bought a Q5 last March. I also bought the laminate protection ($998) on the front and rear bumpers. Now when I'm ready for my 5000 miles free inspec I bought a Q5 last March. Now when I'm ready for my 5000 miles free inspection I called Biener to schedule the service and say I needed replacement of the rear laminate which got scraped. Sarah Esposito, who sold it to me with extravagant promises of lifetime replacement, did not return five phone calls and email messages. To make matters worse, the operator said my salesman, Mike DeCosimo, is no longer there, although his phone extension and email still takes messages. What's going on, Biener? I shifted my service call to another Audi dealer. More
