Excellent Sales and Service I just bought a "new to me" Volvo last week. I traded my VW convertible that I had bought new from Paramount 2 years ago, as I need a bigger car. First, let me say, that I came back to Paramount because of the service department. The people in the service department are professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I will always have all of my service done there, even though I live 50 miles away. Now, the sales department-I have worked with 2 different salesmen on my 2 different purchases. Both have been great, though my last one, Colton, really went above and beyond for me. He showed me all of the cars that were available, and, when I chose one, he did everything possible to make it work. And it worked! I have the car of my dreams, and I love it! Thanks Paramount. I was able to find the car AND apply for a loan online. They honored my trade-in estimate without even seeing the car, gave me a great deal and I was driving home in a new car in about an hour. I've always wanted a Volkswagen GTI and wasn't sure if I could ever get one, but their competitive pricing and excellent customer service made this purchase a no-brainer.
