Extended Warranty Repair I had an issue with my car's A/C. I took the car in to service where Michael Abney handled everything from dealing with my third party warranty compa I had an issue with my car's A/C. I took the car in to service where Michael Abney handled everything from dealing with my third party warranty company to setting up a rental car. He did a fantastic job of explaining how the diagnosis would be performed, how the process with the warranty company would work and the time frame of the entire process. He called me a number of times to update me on the process. He treated me like I was his only customer. I will not deal with any other service advisor. More
