Best Car Buying Experience Ever I came across this dealership on Edmunds.com. From my first inquiry at 11:30pm via text message I got a reply back 10 minutes later that evening from I came across this dealership on Edmunds.com. From my first inquiry at 11:30pm via text message I got a reply back 10 minutes later that evening from Kai and a phone call to follow up the next morning to set up a appointment. Upon arrival to the dealership we were greeted with happy faces Kai introduced us to Alex Fermin who was the salesmen ready to show us the car and take a test drive, Alex was very soft spoken and professional he made our test drive fun. Alex was honest and willing to answer all question we had. Durning our meeting we had the honor of meeting Scott Gallo who walked us through all questions and concerns we had about the car we were interested in. Scott was happy to show us the car fax and sit down and go over the dealer price with us. We all agreed on a price and purchased the car. I was so excited with the purchase of this car that Scott said he can have the car ready for me to drive off the lot the same day. I was truly ecstatic! I am so thankful I got to meet these two outstanding men. They made my car buying experience the best by far. I made friends that day for a lifetime.
