Fantastic staff and perfect place to buy Completely satisfied with our buying experience with Farouk Hassan. He did everything he could to make sure we were not only happy with the Toyota Cam Completely satisfied with our buying experience with Farouk Hassan. He did everything he could to make sure we were not only happy with the Toyota Camry but that it was exactly what we wanted. Never at any point did we feel pressured to buy. He worked with our schedule to be there first thing in the morning so we could complete the sale. He was the best help, I've gone to various dealers to look for the 2016 Highlander. Some of the dealerships I went to had what my wife and I wanted, but due to their lack of help and information I left. However, coming to Balise Toyota, I met Stalin, he was very helpful, very informative and just great at explaining everything we wanted to know. He showed me to the car walked me around explained in detail about the model I was looking for and had a great test drive. He made me like the Highlander much more. Hands down the best sales guy I have met by far. Very respectful, and definitely knew how to do his job properly. in the future when I'm ready to purchase a new vehicle I will definitely be coming back to this specific dealership because of my sales guy. He was just excellent. !! Sold me the vehicle I wanted. Made my wife and I fall in love with it even more. He was very patient with us and just made the wait very pleasant.
