Although we didn't end up purchasing an Infiniti it wasn't an issue with either DJ, Heather or Crest and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying an Infiniti. I do not reside in the same state as the dealership that DJ works for and merely was looking to have those couple of questions answered merely from a curiousity and informational standpoint. Mr. Johnson not only answered those questions he enlightened me to some other things productive to my search and me. He kept in touch a week to two later after our initial encounter remembering the specific things I had mentioned about my life and financial situation which were main factors in who and where I will purchase my next car from. In reply to a follow-up email I was happy to share w his GM how great his customer service was and how appreciative I was for his help, time and care/concern. I'm glad that I was able to use this platform to bring attention to the awesomeness DJ Johnson exhibited towards me. If I were in Texas and not San Diego, CA or if the car that I originally had inquired about was a possibility for me I feel very comfortable that in dealing w DJ it would have been a supreme pleasure to go through what we all know can be a drag car buying process. He conveyed to me not by his words but by his consecutive actions w/o being prompted that he's willing to do what he can within his power to help a customer and even go above and beyond to help you even if it isn't a sell for himself and the dealership he works for. I believe that's what wins over a customer and what brings them back. As I've heard, you can't pay a quality contributing worker enough and you can always pay a bad one too much. No hassle No Pressure on Sales Dealership We began our journey to seek ownership of a new car. We totally expect the salesmen are going to do what they do in order to score a sales. In fact we did with other dealerships that we visited. However, the new-car buyer experience is completely transformed when we met up with DJ Johnson @ Crest Infiniti. Personally, DJ's way of handling customers should be used as a standard for ALL salesmen across the nation and here's why. First of, DJ is a very upfront with his customer, he took his time to understand customer's purchase requirements. He then outlined available options and masterfully responded to all of the questions, it demonstrated his knowledge and expertise. Additionally, DJ was very patient with his customer and work through the differences. He will then ensure to take his customer's interest and work his management to proposed the best offer. I really appreciate DJ's help in making our first Infiniti ownership a very positive experience. As they say, the sale doesn't necessary stopped here but it could lead into future sale transactions based on referral. :) More

Awesome buying experience with DJ I saw the car that I was looking for on the Crest website on Sunday. I inquired about it expecting a call back Monday.
