We stopped in with our infant son over a month ago and Charlie Treba was extremely helpful and patient as we test drove vehicle after vehicle trying to find the right one to match our needs. Once we finally found the right car for us, he was more than willing to structure a deal with us that actually saved us money, being fully transparent through the whole process. At no point during the process did we ever feel like we were being taken advantage of or like the dealership's needs were being placed above our own. A truly rare and welcome experience. While there is a closer Lexus dealership to us, we would happily drive over 30+ miles for this level of customer service and attentiveness.
