Kia Soul Gosh....where do I begin.....Blackwell Chrysler gave me a new lease on life! My vehicle broke down. Transmission went out of it. I was stranded for Gosh....where do I begin.....Blackwell Chrysler gave me a new lease on life! My vehicle broke down. Transmission went out of it. I was stranded for an entire to months to my home. (I live in the boonies). By chance I looked on line for car dealers that could help people that didn't have the best credit....and I found a link for an application to fill out. I did. The very next morning, I received a phone call from Victoria explaining to me that I was approved for a loan to purchase a vehicle. Never in a million years would I have imagined that she meant for a BRAND NEW Kia Soul!! I'm still in disbelief that good people and good businesses still exist. Blackwell Chrysler Dealership really is about there motto, FOR THE PEOPLE. When I couldn't find a car on the lot that met my specifications, the salesperson (Daniel Fochler) searched the inventory and found the perfect match was on the premises but hadn't been brought to the front yet. Daniel and Steve Sulter made the process painless and answered my endless list of questions! But best of all - Daniel provided a cold Diet Coke on an extremely hot day! He was so helpful that it made a delightful experience. I purchased a new Kia Soul. I can only say good things about my car. It is very easy and comfortable to drive.
