Our experience at Sport Mazda was AMAZING! We had and amazing experience at this dealership from the moment we stepped in, to the moment we went home with our brand new Mazda 3! Mari Acevedo he We had and amazing experience at this dealership from the moment we stepped in, to the moment we went home with our brand new Mazda 3! Mari Acevedo helped us throughout the entire process and she was very professional and had exceptional customer service! We told Mari that we were interested in a specific lease deal they were offering at the moment and Mari showed us all of the vehicles that were available with that offer. She even went out of her way to bring a car from the new dealership that was about 10 minutes away so that we could see the car in the color that we liked. We ended up going for that car! Overall we got a great lease deal and are very pleased with this dealership and the outstanding service that Mari provided. I started talking to Kyle on January 10th about my previous experience at Cory FairBanks Mazda after they took a car back for not being able to get it I started talking to Kyle on January 10th about my previous experience at Cory FairBanks Mazda after they took a car back for not being able to get it financed after 2 months. We had spoke via text for over 2 weeks in regards to getting us approved in a car and making sure that we didn't have the same problem that we had in the past. He was always courtesy and would call me on his days off to answer any questions that I may have had. When I got to the dealership he was courtesy and we got straight to the point. They worked hard to get us approved to ensure that they didn't have to take the car back like the other dealership did. We got the deal done with an even better price on the car and one of the finance managers from the other dealership was actually working here and helped even get our deal done! Even though I got there 2 hours late, Mark had a car cleaned up and ready for me to drive. He spent a long time going over our options and giving my husband and me plenty of time to discuss and ask questions. We left to go test drive other brands. We called Mark the next day to let him know we were interested , but wanted a very specific car including colors not on the lot. We also wanted a great price on this special vehicle. Mark found us what we wanted and had it ready for us the next day. Great service, great car, great price! More
